Error description

• EJB deployment is failing. it flashes error when clicked on
  "prepare for deployment"
  
  installation: RAD v 7007
  
  User has migrated the project from WSAD 5.1.1,
  there are few session beans in the project and when do
  "Prepare for Deployment" there is a error on screen.

  Under very rare situations when generating the EJB Deployment
  code an XML Transformation error may occur when attempting to
  write the .settings/.websphereDeploy file.  If this occurs
  when attempting to see if an SQLj Ant file exists during EJB
  Deploy then the following NullPointerException will occur:

Problem conclusion

• The persistence API for writing the XML file
  .settings/.websphereDeploy has been modified to prevent the
  transformation error from occurring.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  the WebSphere Application Server Toolkit fixpack 6.1.1.8 and
  Rational Application Developer fixpack 7.0.0.8.  Please refer
